  After getting into my first big accident I ended up calling a bill board lawyer thinking they would give me attentiveness, help and professionalism instead they just took on my case and neglected us .
I reached out to Mr. Jacobson and told him about the situation.
He gave me complete assurance that if my case was given to him he would take care of us throughout the whole process.
